TD Victoria International JazzFest: Robi Botos Trio w. Seamus Blake

Robi Botos began his musical career growing up in Budapest playing drums and percussion and later mastering the piano. Since immigrating to Canada in 1998, Botos has made great contributions to Canada’s jazz scene, including his 2014 album, Moving Forward. This Juno winner has also won the 2012 “Grand Jazz Award” at the Montreal International Jazz Festival and a 2010 “Galaxie Rising Star” award. This trio includes Terreon Gully drums and Mike Downes bass and features New York’s sophisticated and bold Seamus Blake saxophone.
